Who owns AI-visibility improvements in the team?

Measurement alone does not correct an inaccurate website or an outdated partner listing.

The organisational gap

Semrush's June 2026 survey of 481 respondents examines operational alignment between AI search and SEO. We do not treat it as representative research on Hungarian tourism.

Our recommendation is not to assign everything to one person. Operators verify service facts, editors or developers make changes, and reviewers close tasks against agreed criteria.

Four details for each task

  • What must change?
  • Who can approve the correct information?
  • Who implements the change?
  • What demonstrates completion?

Assigning an owner does not automatically create continuous monitoring or a purchased service. Record the agreed review date and scope separately. That turns measurement into trackable work.
