Why agree a shared workflow?
Semrush's AI-search operations survey discusses organisational coordination challenges. It provides context for workflow questions, not proof of any agency's effectiveness.
Our recommendation is an editable action register alongside the report. Clients should distinguish content corrections, external-listing coordination and development work. Each observed problem should connect to its evidence.
Include in the handover
- Baseline and precise source.
- Proposed change and owner.
- Completion criteria and review date.
- Open questions and out-of-scope work.
Measurement does not automatically include implementation or continuous follow-up. Agree those separately. A useful handover defines boundaries so everyone shares the same understanding of completion.
