Vispertise processes the place and website details submitted for the check, public business facts, account and contact data, billing data, order history, benchmark outputs and security events required to deliver and protect the service.
Data is used to provide readiness checks, process payment and invoicing, execute audits, deliver reports, support customers and prevent abuse. Only the providers required for hosting, payment, invoicing, email, place lookup and the purchased benchmark receive the minimum necessary data.
Audit results are private and protected by ownership checks and short-lived access mechanisms. Sessions, security records and audit artifacts follow documented retention controls; an account may be anonymized while legally required business records are retained.
