Accessibility belongs in the process
WCAG 2.2 added success criteria including redundant entry. A checklist alone does not establish complete conformance.
Our practical recommendation is to request only information needed to answer. Make required fields recognisable and keep labels visible while typing. An error should not erase everything already entered.
Test as a guest
- Are date format and group-size fields understandable?
- Does each error identify the relevant field?
- Is successful submission clearly confirmed?
Submission is not a booking if the process only requests a quotation. Say so in the confirmation too. A good online presence sets accurate expectations after the search result as well.
