Follow the arrival journey
Imagine a guest receiving your address in a message, opening a map on their phone and starting navigation. They may encounter a different service from the one you use every day.
Apple introduced Business Connect in 2023 for managing business place information. It provides another surface to check, not a guarantee of automatic synchronization.
Run a short arrival test
- Open the address in several map services used by your guests.
- Check the map pin and the suggested entrance.
- Test the phone number and website link.
A corner building can have a correct postal address while the guest entrance opens onto another street. Explain that on the arrival page and in booking confirmation. Guests should not have to solve the final fifty meters themselves.
Assign an owner
Maintain one internal place information sheet instead of different facts for different platforms. Name the person who updates and checks profiles after changes. This creates an accountable workflow, although it does not control how search services display or recommend the business.
