Keep verification easy

Booking.com's 2025 survey across 33 markets found only 6% fully trusted AI. This is not a representative finding about Hungarian travelers.

The practical question is whether a recommended place can be checked easily. A guest may want to confirm private parking, breakfast inclusion or a late arrival. Information buried in an old social post leaves uncertainty unresolved.

Create clear verification points

  • Give important services an accessible description on your website.
  • Date changing conditions and identify a contact for questions.
  • Keep the same conditions on the booking page.

There is no need to fill every paragraph with technology terminology. A clear condition and a working contact route help guests more than a sweeping AI promise.

What should you measure?

Collect pre-booking questions for a month. Turn recurring questions into precise answers, then observe whether the same uncertainty becomes less common. Keep the period and counting method consistent. This is a useful operational observation, but it does not by itself prove additional bookings caused by AI.
