Start with access
Google's 2025 guidance emphasizes useful, accessible content for its AI search experiences. It does not guarantee inclusion.
If a service description only appears in a broken overlay or behind login, guests encounter friction immediately. Check key pages on mobile while signed out.
Follow the decision path
- Is the offer and its location clear?
- Can conditions be read without a separate download?
- Does the contact or booking step work?
Have the developer and content owner inspect problems together. A broken page needs a technical repair; missing arrival conditions need editorial work. They require different owners and completion evidence.
Make a useful handover
Attach the URL, screenshot, expected behavior and checking method to each task. That turns a vague request for an AI-compatible website into work someone can complete and another person can verify.
