One organization can have several addresses and roles

The operator's office and the place guests visit are not always the same location.

Keep roles distinct

Google's Organization guidance covers identifiers and contact information. Visible visitor information must remain accurate alongside that markup.

A castle operator may have an office in another town. A hotel group's central number may not answer a question about today's local parking. Put the relevant visitor contact first.

Describe the relationships

  • Who operates the place?
  • Where is the visitor entrance?
  • Which number handles which questions?

Legal company information and arrival instructions serve different purposes. Connect them clearly without treating one as a substitute for the other.

Test the result

Ask a new colleague to locate the guest entrance and local contact. If they would call headquarters with an on-site question, clarify the labels. Completion means readers can distinguish the organization from the particular place they plan to visit.
