Keep the guest in control of the decision

AI-assisted discovery should still leave an easy route to questions and verification.

Do not assume full automation

Booking.com's 2025 survey found 12% comfortable with AI making decisions independently. The 33-market finding is not a Hungarian booking rate.

Someone researching a small event venue may use AI initially but want to confirm room layout and availability directly. Your website should make that transition straightforward.

Explain the contact process

  • Which details are needed for a quotation?
  • Where can special requirements be raised?
  • What distinguishes an inquiry from a confirmed booking?

Promise a response time only when your team can deliver it. Do not present a general blog article as a live availability feed.

Check the handover

Run a test inquiry through your process. A successful handover leaves the prospect knowing what happens next and who will respond. This is a service-design check, not evidence that automated recommendations have produced additional sales.
