A museum website link might support an address without supporting a Sunday guided tour. If an AI answer uses the same citation for both, further checking is needed.
Make three checks
- Does the cited page open?
- Does it contain the specific claim?
- Do the date and location match the question?
Do not automatically label absent information false. Another official page may contain it; the immediate problem is incomplete support from this citation.
Improve your own source pages
State which service, date and location each description concerns. A distinct event page is easier to verify than an undated stream of announcements. This helps readers assess the information, without guaranteeing that an AI system will cite it.
